Chill Fitness - Strength Training Program
The Chill Fitness Split is designed to give you MY personal exercise routine that I’ve crafted and been consistent with for years to get the results I have. The workouts consist of foundational and advanced movement patterns formatted to progressively introduce different layers of difficulty to the exerciser. With a combination of multi-joint and single-joint movements, the Chill Fitness Split is perfect for anyone who wants to challenge themselves, emulate or seek similar results or need a routine to get back into the swing of exercising.
Variables such as sets, reps, intensity (weight), diet and rest are prescribed with a wide range of options to give the individual the option to increase or decrease volume and intensity accordingly. Users will experience general strength gains as well as a high potential for fat loss. Sprinkle in some cardiovascular exercise to establish an aerobic base and we've got the Chill Fitness Split!
